The High Leasowes Trust will be holding its first AGM on Saturday June 7th at 2.30pm at The Silvester Horne Institute.
We will have a guest speaker, Rachel Glover from the Shropshire Hills National Landscape, who will be talking about the recent review of the Shropshire Hills National Landscape Management Plan and will discuss the issues & challenges facing the area.
Refreshments will be available. No entry free and all welcome!

Come and identify birds at High Leasowes by sight and song with Pete Carty, former Countryside Manager for the National Trust. Meet at the far end of Leasowes Close just before 9am. Please bring binoculars if you have them.
The board of the Church Stretton Branch of the Shropshire Ornithological Society regret that, due to lack of volunteers, the branch is closing down. Our last meeting will be on Monday March 24th, 2025, at 7 pm at the Methodist Church Hall, when Alan Heath will present a slide show and talk entitled “Magic Moments”.
Unfortunately, all further meetings have been cancelled.
